PreSchool Combo Class, Ballet, All Levels of Jazz, Lyrical I & II

Roxanne Wray has been studying dance (beginning with ballet) since the age of 6 with the Sally Miller Dance Company. When Sally retired in 1996, she broadened her scope of dancing with Betsy Wray of Dance Extensions Performing Arts Center. Over the years, she has taken community dance lessons at Point Park, dance intensives from Lorraine Sousa, and more recently began to attend the MusicWorks conventions in Pittsburgh, PA. She as a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. While at IUP, she served on the council for Dance Explosion, a student run dance group that performed throughout campus at several events. In 2009, Roxanne received her Master’s of Arts degree in Counselling at Waynesburg University and is currently a licensed professional counsellor working with children, adolescents, and families in the Washington area. She has been asked to teach enrichment classes at Washington and Jefferson College and for the

past 2 years has choreographed the cheer dance for the McGuffey Elementary School wrestling season. Currently, she is teaching Level I Advanced Ballet, a Preschool Ballet/Jazz Combo class, Level II, III, and IV Jazz and Level I and II Lyrical at the Sandra Kay Mesler Dance Studio.
